Thomassen's maintenance solutions minimise your Total Cost of Ownership (TCoO) by finding the most efficient balance between availability and reliability.

Our maintenance philosophy is to safeguard reliability by managing failures and preventing any recurrence. Access to engineering capacity is of critical importance here: the feedback we receive allows us to improve our maintenance strategies and plans. Our modular maintenance concept centres on a so-called Maintenance Management System.

PPMO
The Proactive Performance Maintenance Optimiser (PPMO) draws heavily on Thomassen's maintenance philosophy. The PPMO programme involves regular inspections of your compression equipment, allowing wear to be recorded and trends to be discerned.

Supplier stock agreement
To optimise the availability of compression equipment, the timely delivery of spare parts is of critical importance. To meet this requirement, we offer a supplier stock agreement. This document not only specifies the spare parts we keep in stock on your behalf, it also stipulates our delivery deadlines.
 

Call out planned / emergency maintenance
Our call-out agreements ensure you receive onsite support within agreed response times (and in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards as well as your own internal regulations).

Specialist back-up
There are times when you need to reserve (surplus) specialist engineering capacity. Our engineers will happily assist you on a project basis, allowing you to modify your compression equipment or optimise its operation.

Repair services
Like many of our customers, you probably prefer to deal with a single service partner. Our repair shop agreement caters for this by guaranteeing access to compression engineering capacity.

 

Training
An in-depth understanding of your compression equipment improves overall performance. To assist you, we have developed training courses specifically for engineering personnel and/or operators.
